Jones and Dorthy Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services within our published service area. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians in accordance with State of Florida plumbing codes.
In-home estimates for non-emergency work are free of charge. All quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Emergency dispatches outside business hours may include a service-call fee disclosed at the time of booking.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior financing arrangements have been made. We accept credit cards, debit, ACH, cash, and check.
Repair work carries a 1-year labor warranty. Major installations carry a 10-year workmanship guarantee in addition to manufacturer product warranties. Warranties are void if the installation is altered by an unauthorized party.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Jones and Dorthy Plumbing carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed.
